Our product releases this year were guided by the tools our CEO Marc Tobias and product lead David Do wished they had during their own clinical informatics roles. To highlight how they now work together for holistic EHR improvements, we asked Joy Iocca, ACHIO, to take you behind the scenes at Penn Medicine—a customer since 2019—to show how her team uses Phrase to align with and improve on the 5 Rights of Clinical Decision Support.
The session closes with an open roundtable for networking and discussion led by our Customer Success Lead Sofea Stanton.
