Access to the Phrase Health software platform, including https://app.phrasehealth.com, is restricted to authorized users of healthcare organizations that have entered into separate written agreements with Phrase Health.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Phrase Health and its healthcare analytics and workflow optimization platform.

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

(a) use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site;
(c) interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Site;
(d) use automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or other data extraction technologies to collect information from the Site;
(e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with the Site; or
(f) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the operation of the Site.

2. Phrase Health Services

Phrase Health provides analytics and governance tools that help healthcare organizations analyze clinical workflows, documentation patterns, and decision support performance.

Access to Phrase Health’s software platform and services, including https://app.phrasehealth.com, is governed by separate written agreements between Phrase Health and healthcare organizations, including but not limited to:

a) Master Service Agreements;
b) Business Associate Agreements; and
c) Data Processing Agreements.

These Terms govern use of the Site only and do not govern the provision or use of Phrase Health’s enterprise software platform.

3. No Medical Advice

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of inteThe content provided on the Site is for informational purposes only. Phrase Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

The Phrase Health platform is designed to assist healthcare organizations in analyzing operational and clinical workflow data. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals exercising independent medical judgment.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as medical guidance or as a substitute for professional clinical decision-making.

4. Privacy

Phrase Health’s collection and use of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
